Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance. Bookings will close 8 hours before the start time of each workshop.

Due to the high demand, available slots are very limited for the most recent dates, especially on weekends and holidays.

Cancellations and availability will reflect in real time on this page. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you check our page frequently.

Shop tax-free with us if you are a visitor with a temporary stay visa. Please choose the payment method "On-Site" when you book a class and bring your original passport when you visit.

You can modify or cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours before the start time of your workshop via the link provided in your confirmation email. We seek your cooperation in making any adjustments or cancellations as early as possible to allow other guests the opportunity to book.

If you do not show up without prior notice, you may be charged the basic course fee.

Heads-up

We have been receiving some customers with the wrong month for their reservations. When making a reservation, please double check the date on the calendar you have selected and the reservation date in your reservation email.
