Choosing Materials, Widths, and Design
We will walk you through our samples and guide you in choosing your preferred material, ring width, designs, and finishes for your rings.
Engraving
You may opt for free engraving methods like metal stamping! Our metal stamp engraving comprises alphabets, numerals, and original icons. Before working on the actual engraving, we will provide you with a silver bar to practise.
Shaping
After completing your engraving, you will start shaping the metal bar into a ring. This process requires strength and support, hence you and your partner may need to help each other out.
Soldering
Once the ring is rounded, excluding Platinum, you will solder your ring under the guidance of our craftsman.
Texturing
Depending on the design of your ring, texturing or lathe machine-cutting will come next. If you chose a plain finish, polishing will be done at this stage.
Sanding & Polishing
At this stage, you will work with several tools to smoothen and polish the surfaces of your ring.
Completion!
Your ring is completed! If you wish to set a diamond or birthstone on your ring, our artisans will work on them at the end, and you can take them home on the same day!
REASONABLE PRICING
MITUBACI is committed to reasonable and straightforward pricing. The factors that determine the price are the ring's ring width and the availability of options. We do not charge additional fees based on the surface finish, the type of lettering (hand-engraved or machine engraved), or market fluctuations in precious metal prices. All prices include tax. Larger sizes: 10% increase for sizes 20.5 to 25, 20% increase for sizes 25.5 to 30, and please consult us for custom orders for larger sizes.

MATERIALS
Choose your ring from five colors and metal types.
TEXTURES & FINISHES
Personalize your handmade wedding bands with textures! Our most popular texture is the hammered texture. While the mirror finish is the long-time classic, textured finishes are preferred for they evoke a sense of craftsmanship and individuality.
Side Textures
You can add textures not only on the surfaces but also on the sides of your ring! Side textures bring more points of interest to your jewelry, and you can also constantly admire your craft from all angles (side textures are free of charge).
More Options
Opt for the lathe machine finish and leave the refined finishing touches to our veteran artisans! (Add-on)
FREE ENGRAVING SERVICE
Just like other workshop menu at MITUBACI TOKYO, customers may engrave their names and initials, special dates, or even messages at no additional cost. Customers can choose between hand engraving with metal stamps for an enhanced handmade vibe or an authentic engraving machine for a neater result.
Alternatively, you may opt for laser engraving to include Japanese, Chinese, emojis, or handwritten characters on your jewelry (additional charges will incur).

Hammered Texture 18k Champagne Gold Wedding Bands
The subtle hue of champagne is popular among men and women.
18k Lime Gold and 18k Rose Gold Wedding Bands
Our lime gold has an individualistic green tint that leaves quite the impression in a cooler shade, while chic rose gold suits the skin tone of most.
Platinum Wedding Band with Plain Finish
Even the simplest wedding band has a story to tell, especially when you made it with your loved one.
Firmly forged handmade wedding rings
The 2.0 mm wedding band is solid and sturdy, yet reasonably priced. The material used for this ring is platinum 950 or K18 gold, which is highly satisfactory.
Nature Inspired Wedding Bands
Just as each tree has a different bark, every "foresta" texture on the wedding rings is unique to the person who made it. This texture is highly recommended for those who want a nature-themed wedding.
FAST & FABULOUS
Even with stone-setting or laser engraving!
At MITUBACI TOKYO, all handmade jewelry can be taken home on the same day of your visit.
There are very few workshops in Japan that can complete a ring on the same day with complex processes such as stone-setting and laser engraving. It is only possible when a place is equipped with professional tools and experienced craftsmen are readily available.
Our same-day completion and collection services emphasise on convenience and cater to those with a tight schedule.

FAQ
Yes, most of our customers who visit our store are making rings for the first time, but rest assured that our professional metal engravers will carefully assist you and help you with any difficult parts. We will measure the ring size on the day of your visit to ensure that it fits your finger perfectly. For hand engraving, we will explain and practice how to engrave before the actual engraving. The forging process produces a ring that is stronger, less fragile, and of higher quality than the lost wax process. We also offer Senban Finishes, where our craftsmen use a lathe to shape the ring.
Yes, please feel free to take photos and videos at our atelier even with your wedding photographer. Our artisans are also most pleased to take commemorative photographs with you.
Yes, all handmade jewelry courses are designed so that you can take them home on the same day, even if you are traveling or otherwise have limited time. Workshops that can be completed on the same day, even with the addition of diamonds, birthstones, and other options, are rare in Japan, and are unique to MITUBACI TOKYO, where artisans are always on hand.
