Two types of workshops are available this year.
Silver Pendant Engraving Workshop

Engrave a silver pendant. Engrave on leather with practice.
(You can also take home a practiced leather tag.)

Age Group
There is no age limit, but the program is designed to be fun for elementary school-aged children (must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

Silver chain is also available upon request.

Gemstone Observation Workshop
Contents
See and observe real gemstones with MITUBACI staff. We will not only look at them, but also use loupes and shine lights on them to experience more deeply the fascination that gemstones have to offer. After the workshop, you will be able to take home a real natural gemstone.

Silver Pendant
The size of the silver pendant is approximately 11 mm.
It can be used as a bracelet.
The back side has the MITUBACI logo and the engraving SILVER.
The practice will be a leather tag. You can take this one home as well. Some children may like this better than silver.
Gemstone Observation
We will be observing a variety of gemstones. This is a cut pink tourmaline, the birthstone for October.
This gemstone, which can be seen in green and pink, is also tourmaline.
We plan to have fun introducing tourmaline in a variety of colors and shapes (cuts).
This is a member of the quartz family called Dendritic Quartz.
