Even though MITUBACI is located near the train stations, it could be tricky to find as the streets of Sangenjaya are filled with triangular alleys and packed with small stores.

Accessing from Tokyu Den-en-Toshi Line

As soon as you alight the train, head towards the "Sancha Patio Exit."
Walk all the way to the end of the underground tunnel.
Ascend the flight of stairs at the end of the tunnel. If you wish to use the elevator, it is located beyond the stairs.
Upon reaching ground level, you'll see "Setagaya-dori" on the left.
Cross the road to the shopping arcade and turn right.
In about 10 meters, you will see the "Tokyu Bus 7" bus stop.
Right next to the bus stop is a building named "Royal Mansion Sangenjaya." We are located on Level 4.
To make sure you are at the right location, you will see a credit card bank on level 1 and "Waseda Academy" on level 2.

Accessing from Tokyu-Setagaya Line
Alight at Setagaya station (the end station). Once you leave the station, you will see a spacious plaza.
Walk straight out until you see a convenience store and pudding store across the street.
Turn right here.
You'll see a post office on the left.
Continue straight ahead and you will arrive at Setagaya-dori street.
Cross the road to the shopping arcade and turn right.
In about 10 meters, you will see the "Tokyu Bus 7" bus stop.
Right next to the bus stop is a building named "Royal Mansion Sangenjaya." We are located on Level 4.
