In June 2020, we have shared with youCOVID-19 preventive measures taken at MITUBACI. To reinforce our preventive measures, we would like to share additional measures implemented to ensure a safe and enjoyable workshop environment for everyone.
Limiting the Number of Workshop Participants & Visitors
All the while, access to our workshops are by appointment only. In addition to that, we are limiting the number of visitors. While our business operates as usual, we are constantly monitoring and closely abiding by the rules reinforced by the state as of 8 January 2021.
Adding More Vinyl Partitions
We have added vinyl partitions between adjacent seats to create a safer and more private space for workshop participants.
Ensuring Frequent Disinfection
We ensure that all our staff disinfect their hands when they enter the atelier. Tables, chairs, and workshop equipment and tools are disinfected and cleaned frequently. We also seek cooperation from all workshop visitors to disinfect with sanitizers or hand soap upon entering the atelier.
Wearing Masks
We ensure that all our staff and workshop participants wear masks.
※If you have forgotten or lost your mask on your visit, please approach our staff for assistance.
Taking Body Temperatures
We ensure that all our staff take their temperatures upon entering the atelier, and we seek cooperation from workshop participants and visitors to take theirs too. In the event where your body temperature is above 37.5℃, or if you feel feverish or unwell, please consider cancelling or postponing your appointment. Please be assured that there will be no fee incurred for cancellation or postponement.
If you feel unwell before your workshop appointment, please inform us and we will help you cancel or postpone your workshop appointment.
Both of these services are free of charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
Please feel free to drop us an inquiry.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
